RETURNS POLICY Returned Goods If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its unopened original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt in writing, by letter, fax or email (telephone is not enough) of your intention to return goods and they must be repackaged and returned in pristine condition.
Faulty or Damaged Goods & Delivery Delays In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email us, or telephone during our opening hours. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any actions taken will be fully explained by phone or email ASAP - on the same day of possible.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion. In the unlikely event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Risk As soon as the goods are delivered you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
